Kids ministry

We know a child’s spiritual development is as important as their academic, social, and emotional development and has eternal significance. The purpose of RED Kids is to assist parents in providing a strong spiritual foundation that consists of an understanding of God’s Word and Biblical principles, and how to apply them to everyday life. By the time kids’ complete elementary school, our goal is to have nurtured their faith to the point where it is strong enough that they can independently make wise choices when faced with life’s difficult situations.

Children are taught creative, age-appropriate curriculum. This means that Bible lessons are both developmentally and spiritually appropriate for your child, as well as fun. Children learn that Jesus loves them and wants to be their best friend, as well as how to live a life devoted to Christ.

All children's ministry volunteers provide background and reference checks.

Three Truths for Preschool:

God Made Me

Psalm 139:13-14

"For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well."

God Loves Me

Romans 8:38-39

"For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

Jesus wants to be my friend forever.

John 3:16

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."

Three Truths for Elementary:

I need to make the wise choice. So I will...

  • Trust and follow Jesus
  • Spend time getting to know God
  • Do whatever God says
  • Discover God’s unique plan for my life

I can trust God no matter what because…

  • He is my Creator
  • He is my Father
  • He is my Guide
  • He is my Savior

I should treat others the way I want to be treated. So I will…

  • Show God’s love to those around me
  • Care enough to put others before me
  • Respect whoever God puts over me
  • Be the right friend to those beside me
  • I want to be more like Jesus

student ministry

Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity. 1 Timothy 4:12

We at RED Church believe that young people can change the world. David was young when he slew Goliath, Jesus' disciples were young when they left everything to follow Him and from Daniel to Joseph young people played a vital role even in Bible times.

Young people matter. At RED Church, ministries are set up to help students learn, grow, and thrive at their age level and maturity. Youth groups will be held on Wednesdays from 6:30pm-8:30pm.  Join us for food and fun!
